Our biggest priority is your satisfaction! If you take something home and it simply doesn't work you have 7 days to bring it back for a full refund. We ask that it please be in a sellable state, (unworn with tags), as these are baby items and we care greatly about their condition. Items with tags that have been removed and put back on will not be accepted. If purchased online, you have 7 days to return from date of delivery. If you wish to receive a refund, we will generate a return shipping label for you at a cost of $8. once we receive the item(s), a credit will be issued to the original form of payment with the $8 shipping label fee deducted. After 14 days you can exchange items, or receive store credit, pending they are unworn, unwashed, stain free, etc. Specialty items like special occasion dresses are final sale.
